We all know televised sporting events are huge. Even the most sports "deaf" amongst us can name several of the biggest TV channels devoted to sports like ESPN, FOX Sports, and even Speed. And even the novices know there are multiple ESPN channels and even channels devoted specifically to one sport like The Golf Channel. But there are sports channels available that virtually no one that isn't a die-hard fan of the sport has ever heard of. There are even entire packages devoted to some sports, and the average viewer doesn't even know they exist.

For instance, one of the least publicized groups of channels is those devoted to horse racing. Channels operated by RTN (or the Race Track Network) televise horse races from around the country on almost a daily basis. If there's a horse race big enough to be seen on TV, RTN will have it on one of the 80 channels they operate. Horse racing is called the "sport of kings" and you can enjoy it all with the click of a button.

Another group of channels for those who enjoy sports TV is Willow Cricket. Who would've thought that cricket would be a big sport in the US? Believe it or not, Willow Cricket shows events from Australia, South Africa, England and even New Zealand 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Even the ICC Champions League matches are televised live, as they happen. No longer do you have to live without the great sport of cricket with Willow Cricket.

Now, college football fans are some of the most rabid fans in the business. They do know that channels like ESPN GamePlan exist so they can get all the college action they want when football season is in high gear. No longer do you have to surf 50 different channels and radio stations trying to find out the scores and stats. Watching ESPN GamePlan gives you all the info you need to stay ahead of the game.

Many who enjoy soccer have heard of FOX Soccer, but there are two other channels available that you may not have heard of. FOX Soccer Plus and MLS Direct Kick. Between the three, virtually every soccer match big enough to be televised anywhere in the world is there. MLS Direct Kick shows up to 160 regular season games plus some playoffs, and FOX Plus shows premium matches from England's Barclays League, the FA Cup, Carling cup and the Coca-Cola championship. Not to mention all the World Cup news and action you'd ever want to see! Never miss a match worth watching with all these great soccer channels.

Football, baseball, auto racing, tennis, soccer, golf, horse racing, hockey, and basketball are all covered with channels you can subscribe to. While you may have heard of all the big channels for all the "big" sports, there are channels for your sport out there too. Enjoy!
