Adding Class and Style to Your Save the Date Cards
When planning a wedding, you want every aspect of it to be classy and stylish in your own specific ways. Starting with the invitations all the way through the thank you cards, having everything fit in with the theme of the wedding is important and is one reason why planning and executing a wedding plan can take several months. That’s why having Save the Date cards that match the rest of the wedding theme are a great way to remind guests that the event date is coming close.
Since there can be months that pass from the time the initial invitations are sent out and the actual wedding ceremony, Save the Date cards are almost a necessity. Having a great invitation is important and using invitations that include response cards really helps with the overall planning process. By having a good idea of how many guests are going to be in attendance at the wedding and reception, you can plan how much food and supplies you’ll need at the reception, you’ll know how many bulletins you’ll need at the wedding and you’ll know how many Save the Date cards you’ll need to remind guests of the wedding and when it’s taking place.
Invitations are easy to stick in a drawer and forget about so sending something as a reminder of when the event is happening is a good thing for the guests as they won’t want to be embarrassed because they forgot and is a good thing for the bride and groom as well since you don’t want to have a lot of wasted food and empty seats because the guests didn’t remember to attend. The great thing about being able to create your own invitations, response cards, bulletins, menus and even Save the Date cards means you can make them your way with your own class and style instead of being stuck using stock cards out of a box.
Regardless of what your style is, whether you like graphics or photos on them or if you have a particular font that you use for everything, you can infuse the entire wedding process with your creativity. Even though invitations are the first things to go out, and Save the Date cards are sent out later, by having the same creative edge, the same style, guests will immediately know who the card is from. Take advantage of your style by creating invitations and Save the Date cards your way. You’ll appreciate being able to do that as much as your guests will appreciate the reminder.http://www.paperdirect.com/Save-the-Date/Magnets |
