* Dr. Siegler is the creator of Spheres of Life® Coaching and the Achilles® Plan, which provide clients with unique goal-setting technologies for attaining optimal individual and organizational performance.
* He is the founder of Values-Based Management Training for optimizing workplaces and improving employee well-being.
* Dr. Siegler has served as a correspondent on professional and personal issues for WGN and NBC. He has been featured in numerous Chicago publications, including the Chicago Sun-Times, the Chicago Reader, and Crain’s.
* During the 1990s, Dr. Siegler served as Chairman of Human Behavioral Health in Chicago. He also served as the Executive Director of Behavioral Managed Care for the University of Illinois at Chicago.
* Dr. Siegler is board-certified in psychiatry and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia; he earned his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He served his residency at the New York University/Bellevue Hospitals in New York City, where he was appointed Chief Resident.
* He went on to complete the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program in Philadelphia, where he also served as Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of Business.
* Dr. Siegler has provided numerous seminars geared to bringing a wide range of coaching techniques to individuals and organizations.
