Apple's iOS devices are, among other things, great digital music players. The built-in iPad app allows users browse music, podcasts and audio books with no trouble. It is good till such time the music is not on in the device near you. Or, if you want to have hands-free music from an iPod, iPhone or iPod touch that's connected to a stereo or set of powered speakers. The Tango remote links the two devices on wireless network and acts as the music source and remote separately.
It's effortless to set up, simple to utilize and effective. Here is how we begin with. First, set up Tango Remote on both components by navigating to the App Store and probing for Tango Remote. Next, you must set one device as set as the "Source," which will play its on-board music, while the other is the remote. For example, you may connect an iPad to your stereo system while keeping the pocket-sized iPhone with you. You can use the remote with the iPad and connect the iPhone to stereo. Since Tango Remote is wide spread, it looks great on all iOS devices.
Setup the source device
Now, that Tango Remote is installed, let's set up the source device. First, start Tango Remote. Next, tap the Music Player button when prompted. Tango Remote will search the device for stored music, podcast and audio books in use by the iPod app. The scan could take few moments depending on the collection available with the music library. Finally, attach it to a stereo or pair of powered speakers and you're set to go.
Set up the remote device
Next fix the device for remote. The first step is to make sure that both the source and the remote are on the similar Wi-Fi network. Initiate remote and tap the button. It will initiate looking for the source component and let you know after it has found it. Tap on the source device, e.g. Joe's iPhone From there you'll find all of the play-lists on the source device. Click anyone to resume music and control through the remote.
Obviously, the remote does more than play, pause, jump and skip. While the music is on you have the facility to view other tracks on the album. Also, find by song, artist, album or genre. If you do get stuck, the built-in help function is a tap away.
Additional options
Finally, check out the additional settings by tapping the gear icon. You will find pops with new menu and its options. You can turn on a shake to jump to the next song (probably best with an iPhone or iPod touch), toggle playback controls on or off and enable an option to play your play-lists back-to-back. Additionally, you can send an email to the developer or a friend or become a fan on Facebook, all from within the app.
Tango Remote is a effortless and effective way to like the music on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. When connected to your stereo or powered speakers, your device becomes a digital radio station, with you as the DJ. Arrangements takes only minutes and is a breeze. There will be no delay or break as it works over Wi-Fi. In short, it just works!
Check out Tango Remote and benefit from the "music in your pocket" in a entire new way.
