One of the best ways to stay healthy and to produce a healthy baby during your pregnancy is to eat right. Women who eat too much of the wrong foods are more likely to develop pregnancy-induced diabetes and are also more likely to turn to diet pills after they’ve delivered the baby. The last thing you’ll want to worry about when you’re sleep deprived and stressed with a new baby is how you’re going to find time to order some Phentermine at your . You need to gain weight during your pregnancy, but not too much. A woman of average weight before her pregnancy should gain about 25-30 pounds total during these crucial nine months.

Here are three tips on how to gain weight during your pregnancy, but not too much!

• Eat an extra 300 calories a day. Pregnancy women who think that "eating for two" means eating all you want, are the women who end up gaining 40+ pounds, instead of the recommended 25-30. All you need is 300 extra calories a day to keep you and your baby healthy during these 9 months. And those 300 calories should be in the form of a healthy snack, not junk food. Consider having a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a medium sized apple on the side. Or a bad of pretzels, a banana, and a small yogurt with berries.
• Drink a lot of water. Pregnant women need more water than your average person, by a lot. If the normal person drinks about 64 ounces of water a day, a pregnant woman needs closer to 100 ounces. This will help fill you up, curb your cravings, and keep you hydrated.
• Substitute healthy food for cravings. Giving in to cravings every so often is totally normal—you are pregnant after all! But sometimes, a craving can be made healthier with just a little work. For example, craving mac & cheese? Add a cup of spinach to it and use skim milk and low fat cheese. Ice cream? Switch to frozen yogurt and top with fresh fruit.

Just by following these three simple tips, you’ll find that pregnancy doesn’t mean gaining a ton of weight—which will make your post-pregnancy days a lot more pleasant!
