Yes, that's right: Dieting doesn't need to be torture. There are ways to make dieting fun and exciting, especially if you're doing it with someone you love. Here are some ways you can turn your dieting experience into a romantic one.

1. Scout out all the health food stores in your area together. Health food stores are often stocked with interesting foods, vitamins, - it can be fun to explore new exotic mushrooms or juices made with aloe, acai, and ginseng. Some health food stores even have cafes, serving up healthy food that you and your partner can enjoy together.

2. Make healthy meals together. No one likes to eat tofu and green beans alone! Take turns trying to make the healthiest of ingredients as delicious as possible. Enjoy your meals over candlelight, feed each other, take breaks to dance around the room—anything you can think of to make your healthy meals fun and romantic.

3. Have a live-in exercise partner. Go for midnight jogs around the block or engage in extremely frisky sex all over the house—you have no idea how many calories you can burn during a steamy sex session!

4. Compliment each other. There's no better encouragement and motivation during a difficult diet than hearing those sweet words from a loved one: "You look fantastic!" or "You're doing great!"

5. for your partner's reward. In other words, make an arrangement whereby if you hit your weight goal, your partner gets a reward and the other way around. That way, if you cheat, you won't only be cheating yourself of weight loss, but will be depriving your loved one of his special reward.
