| How to choose a MLM company? tips and resources |

A MLM business can brings you financial freedom, time freedom, generates residual income, personal growth, have sense of achievement and help others to success. This is a platform with equal opportunity to success without any entry barrier on age, gender, educational background, working experience, family role, sexual orientation etc. With very minimal investment, anyone can start at part-time, home-based and yet with unlimited potential.
Therefore this is so important for you to partner with the right company before you put in time and effort. Because the business opportunity can change the rest of your life, your family and many others.
There are certain aspects when you consider joining a network marketing:
Products:
- Are the products good enough to stand-alone? Do you have personal good experience with the product?
- Does the company have the exclusive right to the product(s) making other new entries difficult to copy?
- Are the product lines wide enough so distributor can extend their selling effort rather than keep looking for new customers? :
- Do the product lines have a strong image that allows customer remember whenever that think of their needs?
- Are the product considerable goods so there is repeats customers/orders rather than one-off purchase?
The Company
- Is the company financially stable, or will they be out of business after I have invested so much time and money?
- Are their financial situation and management team information assessable? For those MLM companies already listed in the market, it will be easier for you to get the required information.
- Does the company have a track record? Or this is a new set up where you have to bet on your luck?
- Do you feel comfortable with the companyˇ¦s culture and value?
Market
- Do the products match with market trend? Is the market still growing with lot of space for expanding rather than a static or declining demand?
- Is the company providing a global business opportunity or just a local market? This has to match with your future plan of living style.
Commission Plan
- Is the company generous in paying their distributors? Did they actually pay out commission and there are successful track records?
- Is the commission plan realistic for a company to sustain? If this is too good to be true and promise you a high percentage in very short time, then probably it is not true.
- Is the commission plan too complicate to understand? Some commission plan requires you to work on two ˇ§legsˇ¨ or setting a ceiling for earning, you may run the risk of unforeseeable condition and you are out of control in some cases.
Support
- What kind of support will have available to help you succeed?
- Does the company utilize technology to enable you to manage your sales and team easier and effectively over the internet?
- Does the company provide logistic support or you have to arrange for goods delivery yourself? (Note the size of the products if you do)
- Does the company or your team provide all-round training in products knowledge, selling skill, motivation and personal development?
- Does the company or your team provide a duplicable system so it is easy for anyone to be successful and fast to copy and expand your network for residual income?
Remember, although most of the MLM companies require only small investment and start as part-time, it is how much time and effort that you put in determines your success. I find people making a success through hard work and consistence effort because the opportunity indeed give you the financial freedom financially and time freedom everybody should deserve. So when you put in money and effort in your chosen MLM business, remember you are building for your own future and not for the financial freedom for your boss.
