The committees of the company should be experienced and knowledgeable and management should be good. One must also look if the company has any lawsuits filed against it. Secondly, the product which the company manufactures should be a product whose demand is high in the market and has a positive response among its consumers. Thirdly, the amount of help and support required in the marketing of the product must be ample. Like, providing a multimedia presentation, incentives for customers to buy and websites where the product can be marketed and sold, as this would solve the problem of online buyers. There must be a great number of sponsors for the company to market its product. Fourthly, the training which the company provides should also be regarded. It should be noticed if a training kit is offered, whether the training is available online or not, the centre where training sessions will be held are close by or commutable as well as the timings and schedule of the training sessions. Salary offered and compensation should also be regarded. The number of working days must be so much that the pay is accountable. For emergency leaves and accidence, there should be compensations and whenever urgently required.
The labor laws must also be regarded during the choosing time. Your rights and work should be respected by the company you choose. The boss or the team leader must also think about these factors.
