One thing you can count on during the holiday season is the obligatory office party. No matter what the size of the organization, there is always an effort to bring co-workers together for one more moment of merriment. Some people look forward to the chance to mix and mingle outside the confines of business and others would rather give up the annual bonus than have to spend precious personal time with the gang from work.
No matter which side of the issue you fall on, there are certain rules of behavior to follow at the office party if you want to have an office to go to when the party is over.
For guys party means booze, dance and food, and for girls party means make up, dress up, and gossip. Basically party means no rules and all fun, but office parties are little bit different in that regard. You can have fun at office parties, but it has certain boundaries and those boundaries are known as office party etiquette.

It is also difficult to find good gifts for girls and gifts for men, in the secret santa gifts exchange. Secret Santa is a Christmas tradition in which members of a group are randomly assigned other members to whom they anonymously give a gift. Often practised in workplaces, or amongst large families, participation in it is usually voluntary. It offers a way for many people to give and receive a gift at low cost to those involved.

Office parties are a great opportunity for you to let your hair down and to escape from the pressures associated with your job. They're also an opportunity to perhaps, get to know some of your work colleagues a little more than you're able to on a day-to-day basis. However, if not approached correctly, they can also be the downfall of many a person. Unlike a social event outside of the workplace, there will always be the underlying fact that you're all work colleagues so, whilst it is important to forget about work, it's important to behave appropriately as bad behaviour can come back to haunt and embarrass you later when you're back in work.
