| Stun Guns and Guns, which are Better? |

Self defense is the best defense today's world. To be careful and to be ready and able to shield ourselves is a need in the current crime dominating society. To feel the safety, there is a need of having self defense devices because the police can't be around always.
One may keep with himself a lethal weapon like a rifle or a knife but these may take lives and could be extremely risky and may land an individual in a lot of difficulty in the eyes of the law therefore it is much more relevant to have with you an equipment referred to as stun gun. When compared with other self defense devices, stun gun is advantageous because it is non-lethal and though its effects not being very long are enough to flee from the place and away from the attacker. Stun gun is definitely a lot more better than any lethal gun since both serve the same purpose but stun gun is definitely a lot more simpler to use and risk less and more importantly it does not take anyone's life. It is not right to kill a person if he is trying to rob you but using a stun gun is of course right as it is non-lethal. People may think that stun gun is not really effective and if something goes wrong by using it then they will be in trouble therefore they would rather keep with them lethal weapons, for this very reason I want to share some prominent features of a stun gun:
Being the chances of not working as zero, the stun gun acts on the scientific theory that when the stun gun is attached to the body of an attacker, he gets electric shock and he is immobilized for a period of time. Unless seriously misused, it is not at all risky or lethal in any form. On buying the stun gun, however, one must make sure that he/she is aware of the way it is used and all its functions. Only a mere touch lasting from 5-30 seconds is needed on the body of the assailant for the stun gun to work effectively.
So to conclude I would like to say that a stun gun is definitely a more powerful and effective tool for self defense as compared to lethal weapons. Since both the lethal weapons as well as the stun gun serve a similar purpose therefore they are more relevant to use for self defense than something lethal that could be dangerous to everyone. Use a stun gun and be safe. It is one of the most effective non-lethal weapons obtainable today and is the necessity of each individual. A gun is only allowed to be used when it is warranted and only in self defense and with lethal weapons there is a risk of killing innocent bystanders, hence stun gun is the best in that case.
