There are websites for different age groups from teens to seniors. For each member, there is an available chat software and a space assigned for documents, links and for posting pictures. If there's one thing these free websites don't have, it is access to lists and specialized data like music lessons.
On the other hand, paid for membership websites are put up by people or ventures to make money by supplying information and access to various fields of instructions, specialized information or lists. Membership sites are owned and operated by people who either own the websites or who are hired by the website owners to supervise and administer them. The subjects are wider and even more mixed and without doubt more specialized than those from free membership sites.
