Among other cooking equipments used in Chinese cuisine, a wok forms the most essential utensil. The wok is heated up to a very high temperature,and then foodstuff are immediately tossed in it for a short amount of time. You can easily cook meat chunks, noodles and even vegetables with perfection.

Whenever selecting a wok, the kind of range you have is important - if in case you have an electric stove, decide on a wok with a flat base.
